A loan of approximately 115 million euros granted to the Teilor Group
After 12 years of serving as the bank for the Teilor Group, ING Romania acted as Mandated Lead Arranger and Original Lender in a financing arrangement, together with UniCredit Bank, for up to 115 million euros, comprising refinancing facilities, investment financing, and revolving facilities, designed to support the group’s development and the implementation of its growth strategy.
