DEMGY Group is expanding its activities in the United States with the acquisition of TOOL GAUGE on March 31, 2025, a manufacturer of plastic components for aircraft cabin interiors and an important supplier to Boeing. This move strengthens DEMGY Group’s position as a global leader among high-quality plastic processors for the aerospace industry. This step follows the expansion efforts marked by the 2023 acquisition of EIS Aircraft Germany, which became DEMGY EIS, a European company specializing in plastic and composite components for aircraft cabin interiors and an important supplier to Airbus.
