Does dual vocational education repair the strategic mistake of the last 30 years?

Not only in Romania, but globally, there is a shortage of skilled labor. 75% of European employers cannot effectively grow their businesses because of this. As a result, European countries with developed economies have increased their investments in vocational and technical education over the past ~20 years, particularly in dual systems. Increasing professional skills among young people and ensuring a smooth transition from school to the labor market not only means lower unemployment, but also a real contribution to economic development, as investors directly support the professional training of workers.
