Environment Ministry on Rabla: Next week I propose to give good news to Romanians

The announcement was made on Tuesday.

„The program will start as soon as we have the budget approved (…) I am convinced that the Rabla Program will be launched in April”, said Mircea Fechet, during an intervention on Digi 24.

Fechet revealed that the spring and autumn editions of the program will be abandoned. „We will have a single program until the budget is exhausted”, explained the Minister of Environment.

He also indicated what the value of the vouchers allocated through the program could be. „From 7,000, I hope we will reach around 10,000 lei,” said the Minister of the Environment, referring to the ticket for classic cars.

Also, the value of the eco-ticket for electric cars „capped at 5,000 euros last year could increase,” said Mircea Fechet.

The change could be made at the request of some car manufacturers.
