Euroccoper: 5% of net profit distributed to employees

Euroccoper, a Romanian company with Italian capital, specialized in customs activities and integrated logistics, announces an initiative that transforms it into one of the first companies in Romania to adopt a model of direct profit redistribution in favor of its own employees: 5% of the annual net profit will be distributed to employees, in equal parts. Without complicated calculations, without marketing “strategies“, but with a simple and transparent logic: recognizing the contribution of each one, from the first to the last.
