It’s our 16th anniversary, and this is just the beginning of our story in Romania!

Yesterday, during our National Sales Meeting, we took a moment to reflect on our journey and the strengths that define us. Each store manager presented a “Best Practice” that best captures the essence and spirit of their team. The result was nothing short of heartwarming and reminded us once again of what truly unites us:

• our incredible team spirit,
• the desire to do good, to contribute to beauty through hashtagCSR activities, and not only, and
• the unique contributions made in our stores through creativity.

Our journey has been filled with hashtagpassion, dedication, and hashtagcreativity. We’ve come a long way, and it’s thanks to the incredible team we have here at Douglas Romania
