HORIZON CITY sells 75% of Phase 1 in just 4 months and launches Phase 2 with a 10% down payment and two parking spaces included

75% of the homes available in Phase 1 of the HORIZON CITY residential project have been purchased within just four months from the launch of sales.

The results achieved by the project developed by British investor Ghai Sant Ram, located on Pipera Boulevard, amount to total sales of approximately €20 million. The strong performance achieved in such a short period is accompanied by the official launch of Phase 2, which introduces more flexible purchasing conditions and extended benefits for buyers.

HORIZON CITY is one of the largest residential developments in the northern part of Bucharest, comprising 699 homes and 926 parking spaces, built on a plot of nearly 23,000 square meters following a private investment of €130 million.
