Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu’s meeting with Ella Haimi, the wife of the Romanian-Israeli citizen Tal Haimi, kidnapped in the Gaza Strip

Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu had today, at the Victoria Palace, a meeting with Ella Haimi, the wife of the Romanian-Israeli citizen Tal Haimi, kidnapped in the Gaza Strip.

“I encouraged Mrs. Haimi to stay confident and keep hope. We stand with her and help her cope with this dramatic situation. The Government of Romania and all the authorities of the Romanian state maintain close contact with the State of Israel and do their utmost to help all those whom this war inflicted suffering. We strongly condemn the acts of terror and the attacks on children, women, and civilians. All Romania’s efforts are directed towards conflict ending and restoring peace “, stated Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu.

The Ambassador of the State of Israel in Romania, H.E. Reuven Azar, also attended the meeting at the Victoria Palace.
