Romania wins the Student Award at the 20th edition of the International Architecture Competition for students

After securing first place in the national stage of the 20th edition of the Architecture Student Contest, the team formed by students Victoria Cravcenco, Mara Ioana Craiu, and Ancuța-Larisa-Mihaela Petrescu, coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Cătălina Bocan from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism in Timișoara, has won the Student Prize at the international stage of the competition organized by the Saint-Gobain Group.

Over 200 universities from 33 countries took part in this year’s edition. Teams from around the world developed projects aimed at contributing to the development of a suburban urban area and a village in Nord-Isère, France, under the common theme of this edition: “Attracting Young People.”
