Dear children,
Aviation is an essential force for the security and responsiveness of our country, supporting our national defense and our credible presence within the North Atlantic Alliance.
We have people who do their duty every day, in uniform or in civilian clothes, in flight, in hangars, in command centers, or in aviation schools. They work with discipline, seriousness, and responsibility within a system that needs consistent investment, modern equipment, and a clear framework for development.
The modernization of the fleet, the development of air infrastructure, and the retention of qualified personnel are priorities we will continue to support in the ensuing years.
