Recently, the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China for Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which outlines an ambitious blueprint for China’s development over the next five years and sends a clear signal of expanding high-level opening-up and promoting mutually beneficial cooperation with countries around the world.
