This will be discussed primarily with Mr. Interim President Bolojan. Even though he is the interim President of Romania, the authority in the foreign constitutional area rests with the President of Romania, and I am confident we will find the best solutions. I want to clarify one point: it is not accurate to say ‘Hurezeanu is not a good foreign minister.’ That is not the case. We are simply operating under a different logic,” Ciolacu remarked.
